Our Process.
Our 5-Day Cabinet Refinishing Process
Here’s what to expect from our efficient and professional cabinet refinishing process:
Day 1 – Removal & Prep
We carefully take down your cabinet doors and drawer fronts and transport them to our shop, where they’re thoroughly degreased and sanded in preparation for priming.
Day 2 – Priming
We apply two smooth coats of Envirolak T9000 primer to the doors and drawers in our shop, ensuring a strong, even base for the final finish.
Day 3 – Protection & First Coats
We return to your kitchen to carefully mask off floors, counters, and nearby surfaces. With everything protected, we apply 2 coats of primer to the cabinet frames on-site, while continuing work on the doors and drawers in our shop.
Day 4 – Final Coat
We apply two smooth coats of Envirolak wood coating to the cabinet frames, then begin tidying the space to prepare for reassembly on the final day.
Day 5 – Reassembly & Cleanup
We reinstall all components, inspect every detail, and leave your kitchen clean, fresh, and beautifully transformed.
